Frequently asked questions
Where exactly is my audio stored?
Audio files are processed on Infomaniak Cloud infrastructure in Switzerland (transcription). App, database and storage run on Azure Switzerland. For LLM-based text processing, we use Azure Sweden.
Is my data used to train your models?
No, not without explicit consent. Standard transcription usage does not contribute to model training. If you're interested in custom training using your data, that's a separate conversation with explicit agreements.
Can I get documentation for procurement?
Yes. We can provide security questionnaire responses, data processing agreements, and technical documentation as needed for your procurement process. Just get in touch.
